Dear Beverly, I am so sad to read this news. I did light a candle on the memorial web page and wrote a text with the candle. Although I am convinced that Howard will be happy in his new life, and that he is watching over you and over his home filled with books and dogs, I will miss him so much. He leaves a hole in our hearts. We will miss his friendship. So many times he made us laugh, who will do that now? Life becomes more serious every day. He was successfully working against those dark facts of the world’s daily chaos. We loved him for that, and we will continue to love him.
